Mr. Popper´s® Protein OptiMash^® is perfect soluble instant protein oat and rice mash for preparing of well tasting shake or porridge. It is wonderful for better growth of muscle mass, containing a combination of two types of protein, whey and milk. This product is excellent for a breakfast but you can consume it during the whole day.

Recommended dosage:

1. Protein Shake: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 250 ml of cold water or milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds.

2. Protein Porridge: Mix 2 scoops of Protein OptiMash® (50 g) with 180 ml of hot milk or water. Mix well by fork until you get a porridge consistency. Wait about 3 minutes. You can sweeten it with a bit of honey and top with fruits and nuts. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your taste.

Ingredients (flavored variants): Rice & Oat Mash Complex 46% (instantized extruded oat flour, instantized extruded rice flour);  protein complex 45 % (whey protein concentrate /from milk/, milk protein isolate, CFM^® – Cross-Flow Microfiltered whey protein isolate /from milk/, micellar casein /from milk/); emulsifier: soya lecithin, cocoa powder (only in chocolate flavours), milled flaxseed (BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax – contains omega3 fatty acids – alpha-linolenic acid); aroma, dyes: (strawberry-yogurt flavour and willberry: beetroot extract); sodium chloride,  sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame-K, steviol glycosides.
