Mr. Popper´s^® Protein Crepes is a super fine instant powder designed for easy and quick preparation of typical big round omelette with very high content of protein and low content of fat. Our product uses only the high quality ingredients and protein sources such as CFM® whey protein isolate with combination of whey protein concentrate as like as milk protein concentrate.

Mr. Popper´s^® Protein Crepes are generally used for breakfast, they can also be a tasty snack between meals or as a nutritious dessert.

TIP: If you have already the sweety pancakes enough you can try the salty variant from natural flavor, you can add the mixed fresh baby spinach and you get the perfect salty variant.

Recommended dosage: 40 g (2 scoops) mix with 100 ml of cold water and stir vigorously if you have a creamy consistency. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and bake.
