Lab One Active Flex 90
N°1 Active FLEX is a dietary supplement recommended for all people exposed to increased joint loads, especially those after injuries, athletes and the elderly. Systematic supplementation with the preparation helps to maintain the health and functionality of the locomotor apparatus in the best condition and for a long time.
N°1 Active FLEX contains glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen hydrolyzate, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and manganese. The preparation was also enriched with concentrated plant extracts, namely ginger root extract and turmeric extract. The innovative composition supports the proper functioning and health of the joints.
Effects of active ingredients contained in N°1 Active FLEX:
Glucosamine sulfate, including glucosamine:
- maintains the normal condition of joints and bones,
- contributes to the maintenance of normal articular cartilage.

Meet the active substances contained in N°1 Active FLEX.
Glucosamine – is necessary for the synthesis of proteoglycans, which are part of the cartilage tissues and ensure their elasticity and resistance to overload. Supplementation of this ingredient is recommended for the elderly, people practicing sports and in the rehabilitation therapy of injuries of the locomotor system. It is believed that glucosamine supplementation may support the reconstruction of articular cartilage and reduce pain in the joints, affecting their more efficient functioning.
Chondroitin sulfate – is one of the components of connective tissue, which is responsible for its elasticity and increases the resistance of bones and cartilage to microdamages, and thus has a positive effect on joint strength and efficiency. A deficiency of this component means that cartilage is more vulnerable to damage and degeneration of cells unable to regenerate independently after daily exercise. Cartilage loses its elasticity and damping property, which causes its further degeneration and contributes to the development of osteoarthritis.
Vitamin C – is one of the most common vitamins. Its key biological functions include collagen biosynthesis, which supports the structure of resistance connective tissue, including cartilage and bone. Vitamin C is involved in the transformation of proline residues as well as lysine to hydroxylysine and hydroxyproline. It provides electrons for enzymes involved in hydroxylation, and thus enables the transformation of procollagen into collagen.
Collagen – is a component of tendons, joints and cartilage forming the surface part of the connective tissue and conditioning the appropriate structure of the extracellular matrix of articular cartilage. They are therefore durable, resilient and resistant to deformation and friction. The property of binding water makes it have an impact on the absorption of bone movements, which reduces joint pain and allows their proper operation. Collagen hydrolyzate is characteristic collagen of cartilage, which can constitute up to 70% of its mass and provides the body with irreplaceable components that are an essential component in the synthesis of body collagen proteins.
Ginger root extract – is a source of gingerols. They are biologically active compounds that are characterized by anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which gives them a special significance in eliminating problems associated with inflammation of the joints.
Turmeric root extract – has properties that reduce the activation of macrophages and their recruitment to the site of inflammation. In addition, it can reduce inflammation through a variety of mechanisms, among which the most known is inhibition of TNF-α, which induces cytokine production and inflammation. Other options for blocking inflammatory processes are: limiting the ability of immune cells to enter the inflammation site and reducing the exacerbation of already existing inflammation by reducing the activity of inflammatory enzymes.
Hyaluronic acid – naturally occurs in the human body in the form of sodium salt. We have it in the skin, in synovial fluid and in the vitreous body of the eye. It is the building block of the walls of blood vessels and is found in our body fluids. Hyaluronic acid is designed to bind water. Unfortunately, with age, its quantity decreases, so it is worth supplementing it. Hyaluronic acid, as the basic component of the skin (next to collagen), is responsible for its hydration and delaying aging processes. With age, the number of hyaluronic acid decreases, wrinkles appear and the skin sags. The elasticity of articular cartilage is also reduced.
Manganese – plays an important role in many physiological processes. It is a component and activator of many enzymes. It acts as a cofactor for a group of enzymes called glycosyltransferases. They are necessary for the synthesis of proteoglycans, co-forming bones and cartilage. In addition, manganese activates enzymes that promote collagen production.
